This refreshing cocktail recipe is perfect served on a warm evening, as a pre-dinner drink. Or, as it uses whiskey, how about a cocktail for St Patrick’s Day?

Ingredients

  • A handful of crushed ice
  • 65ml Irish whiskey,
  • 20ml Campari
  • 20ml sweet vermouth
  • A splash of soda water
  • Slice of orange

Method

  1. Put the crushed ice in a glass. In a shaker or jug, mix together the whiskey, Campari and sweet vermouth. Pour over the crushed ice, add the soda water to taste and garnish with the slice of orange.
