St Patrick Day, commemorating the patron saint of Ireland,  is marked on 17 March each year and a great opportunity to explore the island’s culture and great food history.

Our St Patrick’s Day recipes celebrate three of Ireland’s famous liquid assets – Guinness, Baileys Irish Cream Liqueur and whiskey – with ingenious ideas for cooking with them. This chocolate porter cake and oxtail braised in Guinness are two of our favourites.
