What could be better for dunking in a mug of the best hot chocolate than a soft cookie dipped in more melted chocolate?



  1. Put the milk chocolate in a small heatproof bowl over a pan of barely simmering water (don’t let the bowl touch the water). Allow it to melt, stir, then remove from the heat.
  2. Cut the cookies into 2cm sticks, then dip one end of each into the chocolate. Place each stick on a tray lined with non-stick baking paper, then chill for 5-10 minutes to set. Serve with the hot chocolate for dunking.
