This radish salad with lime and chive dressing is a side salad recipe that goes well with fish and seafood main courses.

Ingredients

  • 1 large bag mixed salad leaves
  • 50g Sunblush tomatoes
  • ½ small red onion, sliced
  • 6-8 radishes, finely sliced

For the dressing

  • 1 tsp caster sugar
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce

Method

  1. Arrange the salad leaves, tomatoes, onion and radishes in a bowl.
  2. Whisk the dressing ingredients together. Drizzle the salad with the dressing just before serving.
