This radish salad with lime and chive dressing is a side salad recipe that goes well with fish and seafood main courses.

Ingredients
- 1 large bag mixed salad leaves
- 50g Sunblush tomatoes
- ½ small red onion, sliced
- 6-8 radishes, finely sliced
For the dressing
- 1 tsp caster sugar
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
- Juice of ½ lime
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce

Method
- Arrange the salad leaves, tomatoes, onion and radishes in a bowl.
- Whisk the dressing ingredients together. Drizzle the salad with the dressing just before serving.
