The sheer size of this egg from Hotel Chocolat is almost comical. Silky, slightly smoky dark chocolate is adorned with crisp hazelnut praline, a hollow half smaller egg and a generous scattering of flaked almonds, caramelised hazelnuts and pecan pieces.
