Katy Salter is an experienced food journalist, web editor and freelance content producer for delicious. She started her career as features editor of Waitrose magazine, before moving into the worlds of recipe websites and freelance writing. Her work has appeared in The Guardian, The Telegraph and The Times as well as numerous food and travel titles. Her cookbook Dairy-Free Delicious (Quadrille) was published in 2015 and she has also been shortlisted twice for Guild of Food Writers’ Journalist of the Year, Fortnum and Mason Food Journalist of the Year and Best Food Journalist in the Le Cordon Bleu World Food Media Awards. Katy lives in Kent with her family and extremely chatty cat, Crunchy.
