Ingredients
- 100ml pineapple juice
- 50ml vodka
- 25ml blue curaçao liqueur

Method
- Fill a large coupe or cocktail glass with ice. Add the pineapple juice. Mix together the vodka and blue curaçao in a small jug, then very slowly pour it into the glass, using the back of a spoon to disperse the stream – the blue half should sit on top of the pineapple juice.
