Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • Pinch ground mixed spice
  • Spray oil
  • 2 slices wholemeal bread
  • 80g frozen mixed berries

Method

  1. Whisk the egg with the mixed spice. Spray a non-stick frying pan with oil and set over a medium-high heat. Dip the bread slices into the egg mix, then add to the pan and cook until golden on both sides.
  2. Meanwhile, warm the berries in a small pan. Put the French toast on a plate and pile the berries on top to serve
