Spring onion dip

This dip is perfect with crunchy crudités or slathered over a warm bagel.
- 7.3g (4.8g saturated)
- 1.5g (1.5g sugars)
- 180g full-fat cream
- 4 sliced spring onions
- 1 small crush garlic clove
- Juice of ½ small lemon
- Good pinch of salt and pepper
Put all the ingredients into a food processor and pulse until well combined but coarse textured. It’s as easy as that!
