Learn how to make the best air fryer brownies with Katy Greenwood’s easy recipe.
- Tried and tested fudgy texture: “This recipe had a few iterations, before I decided that this was ‘the one’. For me, a brownie should be like a cake, but fudgy in the middle and should not be so soft that they require setting in the refrigerator before you can cut and eat them!” says Katy. “My family thought these were pretty awesome.”
- Classic brownie flavour: these brownies use the traditional combination of dark chocolate and cocoa powder to deliver a delicious, rich brownie taste.
- Add a twist: try mixing in your favourite additions, such as white chocolate chips or chopped up chocolate bars, to make double chocolate brownies.
