This herby dressing recipe is perfect on grilled fish, chicken or meat as well as tomato or new potato salads
Ingredients
- 6 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 15g basil leaves, torn
- 1 small garlic clove
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- Pinch of sugar
Method
- 1. Put all the ingredients into a small food processor and whizz until smooth.
