Try this delicious olive oil, balsamic and miso dressing on your salads.
Ingredients
- 100ml extra-virgin olive oil
- 300ml water
- 50ml balsamic vinegar
- 3 tablespoons barley miso (
- a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper.
Method
- Put 100ml extra-virgin olive oil, 300ml water and 50ml balsamic vinegar into a screwtop jar. Add 3 tablespoons barley miso (available from Sainsbury’s Special Selection), a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper. Seal and shake to mix. Chill and store in the fridge for up to 1 month – drizzle over salads to serve.
