Tandoori salmon steaks

Ingredients

  1. 2 tbsp yogurt
  2. 1 tbsp tandoori curry paste
  3. A squeeze of lime juice
  4. 2 salmon fillets
  5. Chopped fresh coriander
  6. Basmati rice
  7. Coriander sprigs and lime wedges, to serve

Method

  1. 1. In a shallow bowl, mix the yogurt with the tandoori curry paste and a squeeze of lime juice.
  2. 2. Add 2 salmon fillets and turn in the marinade.
  3. 3. Grill under a medium preheated grill for 10-12 minutes.
  4. 4. Serve with cooked basmati rice, with chopped fresh coriander. Garnish with coriander sprigs and lime wedges.

Wine Recommendation

Go straight for a South African Chardonnay.
