Tuna guacamole bagel recipe

Canned tuna (we recommend dolphin-friendly) is usually mixed with mayo when it’s used as a sandwich filling, but we use healthy guacamole.

Tuna guacamole bagel

Ingredients

  1. 1 bagel
  2. 70g can tuna in olive oil
  3. 2 tbsp guacamole from a tub
  4. 2 Little Gem lettuce leaves

Method

  1. 1. Cut the bagel in half through the middle. Open the can of tuna, drain, and put into a bowl. Add the guacamole and mix together.
  2. 2. Spread the tuna mixture over 1 half of the bagel, top with the lettuce leaves and sandwich the bagel together. Wrap, put into a sealable box and chill.

Chef's tip

A few lettuce leaves add a healthy crunch.
