Goji berries

Goji berries, also known as wolfberries, are grown in east Asia and can also be consumed as a drink. They’re similar in size and texture to the humble raisin, are deep red in colour, and taste like a cross between a cranberry and a cherry.

Rich in nutrients, this unassuming fruit is (allegedly) what kept Li Qing Yuen – the oldest person ever to have lived –  alive for 252 years.
