Ingredients

  • 200g dark chocolate
  • Vanilla ice cream, scooped into into 6 balls
  • 12 ice cream wafers

Method

  1. Melt the chocolate in a wide bowl over a pan of barely simmering water.
  2. Scoop some vanilla ice cream into 6 balls and firmly sandwich each ball between 2 ice cream wafers.
  3. Dip the ends of the wafers and ice cream in the melted chocolate, then freeze until you are ready to eat.
