  • A pack of corn tortillas (available in supermarkets)
  • Olive oil

Method

  1. Cut a pack of corn tortillas into triangles.
  2. Spread over 2 large baking trays, brush with olive oil and bake at 180°C/fan160°C/gas 4 for 5 minutes.
