Why buy heavily processed tortilla chips when you can make your own at home in a jiffy from a humble pack of corn tortillas?
- Vegetarian recipes
- A pack of corn tortillas (available in supermarkets)
- Olive oil
- Cut a pack of corn tortillas into triangles.
- Spread over 2 large baking trays, brush with olive oil and bake at 180°C/fan160°C/gas 4 for 5 minutes.
