How to use up ground flaxseed
- Breakfast smoothie. Blend 1 ripe banana with 1 ripe pear, a glass of coconut milk drink, a handful of spinach, 1tbsp flaxseeds and some ice for a healthy breakfast on the go.
- Fibre-rich porridge. Add a spoonful of flaxseeds to porridge for the last few minutes of cooking for a filling start to the day.
