Crudités with cream cheese and herb dip

Ingredients
- 150g cream cheese
- 4 tbsp crème fraîche
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 2 tbsp finely chopped chives, plus extra to serve
- Grated zest and juice of ½ lemon
- Bunch of radishes, trimmed
- 1 small cauliflower, cut into florets
- ½ cucumber, deseeded and cut ?into sticks
- Extra-virgin olive oil (optional)

Method
- Mix the cream cheese with the crème fraîche, garlic, chives, lemon zest and juice. Check the seasoning, then spoon into a lidded container. Pack with the vegetables for dipping. Sprinkle over extra chives to serve and drizzle with olive oil, if you like.
