Ingredients

  • 150g cream cheese
  • 4 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped chives, plus extra to serve
  • Grated zest and juice of ½ lemon
  • Bunch of radishes, trimmed
  • 1 small cauliflower, cut into florets
  • ½ cucumber, deseeded and cut ?into sticks
  • Extra-virgin olive oil (optional)

Method

  1. Mix the cream cheese with the crème fraîche, garlic, chives, lemon zest and juice. Check the seasoning, then spoon into a lidded container. Pack with the vegetables for dipping. Sprinkle over extra chives to serve and drizzle with olive oil, if you like.
