How to use up leftover prosecco
- Sparkling sorbet float
Put scoops of berry sorbet into ice cream coupes or cocktail glasses, then carefully pour over prosecco. Serve immediately. - Kir royale
Pour 1 tsp créme de cassis into champagne flutes, then top up with prosecco. Serve with nibbles or canapés.
