Fancy a customised treat; well this recipe will give ice cream a whole new lease of life.
Ingredients
- 200ml strong coffee
- 75ml Baileys
- 1-2 scoops ice cream
Method
- 1. Make 200ml strong coffee and mix with 75ml leftover Baileys or other liqueur.
- 2. Put 1-2 scoops ice cream into 4 ice cream glasses, pour over the hot Baileys coffee and scatter with flaked almonds. Serve immediately.
