Baileys coffee and ice cream recipe

Fancy a customised treat; well this recipe will give ice cream a whole new lease of life.

Baileys coffee and ice cream

Ingredients

  1. 200ml strong coffee
  2. 75ml Baileys
  3. 1-2 scoops ice cream

Method

  1. 1. Make 200ml strong coffee and mix with 75ml leftover Baileys or other liqueur.
  2. 2. Put 1-2 scoops ice cream into 4 ice cream glasses, pour over the hot Baileys coffee and scatter with flaked almonds. Serve immediately.
