Try this blueberry, banana and cranberry drink - it's good for you!

Blueberry, banana and cranberry drink

Ingredients

  1. 150g of blueberries
  2. 1 small sliced banana
  3. 150ml chilled reduced-sugar cranberry juice

Method

  1. Put 150g of blueberries into a food processor. Add 1 small sliced banana and 150ml chilled reduced-sugar cranberry juice. Whizz together until smooth and drink immediately. (You can pass the drink through a sieve to remove the blueberry skins, if you like.)

This sounds absolutely delicious - but I think I would have to add some crushed iced and yogurt and wizz the whole thing into a breakfast smoothie. Quick and easy when you are in a hurry at that time of the day! *Louise@Activia
