Try this blueberry, banana and cranberry drink - it's good for you!
Ingredients
- 150g of blueberries
- 1 small sliced banana
- 150ml chilled reduced-sugar cranberry juice
Method
- Put 150g of blueberries into a food processor. Add 1 small sliced banana and 150ml chilled reduced-sugar cranberry juice. Whizz together until smooth and drink immediately. (You can pass the drink through a sieve to remove the blueberry skins, if you like.)
