Ingredients

  • 2 ripe papayas, flesh diced
  • 2 bananas, chopped
  • 2 limes, zested and juiced
  • 3 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 600ml apple juice

Method

  1. Place the papayas, bananas, lime zest and juice, Greek yogurt and apple juice in a food processor and whizz until smooth.
  2. Transfer to a jug and chill for 30 minutes, then pour into glasses and serve.
