Ingredients
- 2 ripe papayas, flesh diced
- 2 bananas, chopped
- 2 limes, zested and juiced
- 3 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 600ml apple juice
Method
- Place the papayas, bananas, lime zest and juice, Greek yogurt and apple juice in a food processor and whizz until smooth.
- Transfer to a jug and chill for 30 minutes, then pour into glasses and serve.
