Serve this quick and easy brussel sprout and chestnut side dish for Christmas dinner or as an accompaniment to a Sunday roast.

  • A pack of peeled sprouts
  • Butter
  • A few cooked and chopped chestnuts


  1. Cook a pack of peeled sprouts according to pack instructions, then drain.
  2. Melt a little butter in a pan over a medium heat
  3. Add the sprouts with a few cooked and chopped chestnuts and toss for a few minutes until heated through.
