Kiwi, apple and mint juice recipe

A quick and tangy juice with oodles of vitamin C topped with fresh mint.

Kiwi, apple and mint juice

Ingredients

  1. 4 large kiwi fruit
  2. 1 apple
  3. 20g fresh mint sprigs

Method

  1. 1. Peel the kiwis, quarter and juice. Quarter the apple and juice, then juice the whole sprigs of mint. Mix the juices together. Chill. Serve in short glasses, and pop in an ice cube, if you like.

This is my favourite juice recipe at the moment. The perfect combination of sweet and sour makes it lovely and refreshing.
