Summer herb and lemon butter

Ingredients

  1. 125g soft butter
  2. a handful each chopped fresh parsley, chives and dill and the grated zest of 1 lemon

Method

  1. Mix 125g soft butter with a handful each chopped fresh parsley, chives and dill and the grated zest of 1 lemon. Wrap in foil, shape into a log and chill until firm.
