How to use up leftover ‘nduja

  • ‘Nduja crostini
    Toast sourdough bread until golden, then smear with ‘nduja and top with ricotta and a drizzle of chilli oil.
  • ‘Nduja pasta sauce
    When making a classic tomato sauce, stir in a couple of tablespoons of ‘nduja near the end to warm through, then stir the sauce into pasta.
  • Fried eggs and ‘nduja
    Fry some ‘nduja and chopped garlic in a little olive oil, then crack in a few eggs and fry until crisp. Serve with toast.
