December seasonal recipes

Apart from the fact that it’s a month for festivities and feasting…did someone say Christmas?… December is the perfect time to enjoy rich, deep meats – think turkey and game. You can also make the most of root veg (curried parsnip soup maybe), or try out a plump cabbage or pumpkin.
