Parfait recipes
A parfait sounds complicated, but this French dessert is actually one of the simplest make-ahead puddings you can find! The joy of it is that it’s a frozen cream that doesn’t need to be churned. All you need is a loaf tin, and half an hour and the freezer will do the work. The best part is, they look impressive to guests.
Try Ravneet Gill’s honey and rye parfait, or opt for a fantastic chestnut parfait with bourbon caramel in the autumn. We’ve got a decadent dark chocolate parfait with berry sauce, or boozy Baileys and hazelnut parfaits.
