Ingredients

  • ½ ripe avocado
  • Lemon juice
  • 2 slices bread
  • ¼ red pepper

  1. Mash the avocado with a little lemon juice, and spread onto your chosen bread. Finely chop the pepper and sprinkle over the avocado.
