200ml strong coffee
75ml Baileys
1-2 scoops ice cream
flaked almonds, to serve

Method

Make 200ml strong coffee and mix with 75ml leftover Baileys or other liqueur.
Put 1-2 scoops ice cream into 4 ice cream glasses, pour over the hot Baileys coffee and scatter with flaked almonds. Serve immediately.
