
Baileys coffee and ice cream

You’re four ingredients away from a quick dessert recipe. All you need to do is combine ice cream with strong coffee and sweet Baileys Irish cream. Super-simple.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Camp Chicory & Coffee Essence, dissolved in 200ml boiling water
- 75ml Baileys
- 1-2 scoops ice cream
- flaked almonds, to serve
Method
- Mix the diluted Camp Chicory & Coffee Essence and Baileys (or other liqueur) in a jug.
- Put 1-2 scoops ice cream into 4 ice cream glasses, pour over the hot Baileys coffee mixture and scatter with flaked almonds. Serve immediately.
