2 tbsp Camp Chicory & Coffee Essence, dissolved in 200ml boiling water
75ml Baileys
1-2 scoops ice cream
flaked almonds, to serve

Method

Mix the diluted Camp Chicory & Coffee Essence and Baileys (or other liqueur) in a jug.
Put 1-2 scoops ice cream into 4 ice cream glasses, pour over the hot Baileys coffee mixture and scatter with flaked almonds. Serve immediately.
