You’re four ingredients away from a quick dessert recipe. All you need to do is combine ice cream with strong coffee and sweet Baileys Irish cream. Super-simple.

Ingredients
- 200ml strong coffee
- 75ml Baileys
- 1-2 scoops ice cream
- flaked almonds, to serve
Method
- Make 200ml strong coffee and mix with 75ml leftover Baileys or other liqueur.
- Put 1-2 scoops ice cream into 4 ice cream glasses, pour over the hot Baileys coffee and scatter with flaked almonds. Serve immediately.
