  • 2 small shop-bought pancakes (60g) or 1 large pancake (120g), cooked
  • 100g fat-free fromage frais
  • 80g fresh or frozen berries, heated

Method

  1. Top the pancake(s) with the warm berries. Serve with the fromage frais on the side
