Microwaved chocolate pots

Fabulous to finish off family meals or dinner parties, this microwaved chocolate pot recipe couldn’t be simpler.
- 300g dark chocolate
- 500g fromage frais
- Break dark chocolate into a bowl.
- Microwave on medium (500W) for 2-3 minutes, then stir until smooth.
- Add fromage frais and stir. Divide between 6 pots and eat straightaway.
You can chill them overnight but they have a silky smooth texture if eaten at once.
