Ingredients
- 700g prepared sprouts
- 25g citrus and herb butter (found in this turkey recipe)
Method
- Add the sprouts to a large pan of salted water, cover and bring back to the boil. Cook for 5 minutes, until just tender. Drain, return to the pan.
- Add the citrus and herb butter and season well. Toss to melt the butter and serve.
