Shake up your sprouts this Christmas with this citrus and herb butter made with the finest ingredients.

Method

  1. Add the sprouts to a large pan of salted water, cover and bring back to the boil. Cook for 5 minutes, until just tender. Drain, return to the pan.
  2. Add the citrus and herb butter and season well. Toss to melt the butter and serve.
