An easy-to-make cocktail recipe using lavender-infused gin, fresh lemon juice and topped up with prosecco. It’s a perfect drink for a hot summer’s day.

Ingredients

  • 25ml The Botanist Gin infused with lavender (or similar)
  • 10ml honey
  • 10ml fresh lemon juice
  • Top up with prosecco

Method

  1. Dry shake The Botanist Gin infusion
  2. Stir honey and lemon juice until honey dissolves well
  3. Add ice and shake well
  4. Pour into a Champagne glass
  5. Top with prosecco

This cocktail is now available at Aubaine, Selfridges.
