An easy-to-make cocktail recipe using lavender-infused gin, fresh lemon juice and topped up with prosecco. It’s a perfect drink for a hot summer’s day.
Ingredients
- 25ml The Botanist Gin infused with lavender (or similar)
- 10ml honey
- 10ml fresh lemon juice
- Top up with prosecco
Method
- Dry shake The Botanist Gin infusion
- Stir honey and lemon juice until honey dissolves well
- Add ice and shake well
- Pour into a Champagne glass
- Top with prosecco
