How to use up leftover celery
- Crudités and dip
Whizz the flesh of 1 large ripe avocado in a food processor with a drizzle of sherry vinegar, a garlic clove, a bunch of fresh basil and some salt and pepper. Serve with celery batons as a healthy snack or nibble. - Zingy slaw
Finely slice 2-3 celery sticks, 2 carrots and 4 radishes. Mix with a spoonful of mayonnaise and a squeeze of lemon juice, then season to taste.
