Carrots with thyme and chilli recipe

Ingredients

  1. a pack of prepared carrots
  2. butter
  3. fresh thyme leaves
  4. pinch dried chilli flakes

Method

  1. Cook a pack of prepared carrots according to pack instructions, then drain well.
  2. Melt a little butter in a pan over a medium heat, add the carrots, some fresh thyme leaves and a small pinch dried chilli flakes.
  3. Toss for a few minutes until heated through.
