Ingredients
- 80g bag mixed salad into
- 8 baby plum or Pomodorino tomatoes, halved
- 1 ripe avocado, peeled, stoned and sliced,
- 2 cooked, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 slices cooked crispy smoked bacon
Method
- 1. Tip an 80g bag mixed salad into a large salad bowl, along with 8 baby plum or Pomodorino tomatoes, halved, 1 ripe avocado, peeled, stoned and sliced, and 2 cooked, skinless chicken breasts, thickly sliced.
- 2. Top with 4 slices cooked crispy smoked bacon, broken up, then drizzle with 6 tablespoons honey and mustard vinaigrette dressing. Gently toss to serve.
