Serve these petit fours at the end of a meal with coffee or your choice of after-dinner drink.
Ingredients
- 6 strawberries
- 50g plain chocolate
Method
- 1. Melt chopped plain chocolate in a bowl over a pan of simmering water or microwave for 30 seconds until smooth.
- 2. Dip the bottom half of 6 strawberries into the chocolate and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 3. Chill for approximately 15 minutes until the chocolate is set, then serve.
