Chocolate coated strawberries recipe

Serve these petit fours at the end of a meal with coffee or your choice of after-dinner drink.

Ingredients

1. 6 strawberries
2. 50g plain chocolate

Method

1. 1. Melt chopped plain chocolate in a bowl over a pan of simmering water or microwave for 30 seconds until smooth.
2. 2. Dip the bottom half of 6 strawberries into the chocolate and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
3. 3. Chill for approximately 15 minutes until the chocolate is set, then serve.
