Ingredients
- 50ml Monkey Shoulder
- 25ml Drambuie
- 100ml apple juice
- 4 fresh mint leaves
Method
- 1. Shake all the ingredients together and double strain into an ice-filled highball.
- 2. To garnish, add a banana slice and mint leaf.

Serve in a highball glass.
