How can you make broccoli taste better?
Some people (and often kids) dislike the taste of broccoli and dismiss it as a food they dislike. You can, however completely transform the taste of broccoli with the addition of a few simple ingredients. Try adding some of the following to cooked broccoli to change the flavour:
- A pinch of salt, garlic (fresh or dried powder) and a handful of parmesan
- A pinch of salt and tablespoon of chilli flakes
- Add a drizzle of teriyaki sauce
- Once your broccoli is cooked (but still hot) add a chunk of butter, some dried herbs and a pinch of salt
