Lining

Lining your tin with baking paper or tinfoil prevents savoury dishes
and desserts from catching and it makes them easier to turn out. If that’s not a good enough reason, it will also save you from having to scrub away at the bombsite left in the tin.

Roll out a sheet of baking paper/tin foil slightly bigger than the tin, then tear or trim to fit.
