A fruity cocktail for a hot summers day. Serve with extra pomegranate seeds.
- no fat
- 5.3g (5.3g sugars)
- no salt
- 200ml orange juice
- 120ml pomegranate juice
- 150ml gin
- 3 limes
- 75cl bottle prosecco (see tip)
- Pomegranate seeds to serve
- Mix together the orange and pomegranate juices, gin and lime juice in a jug (see Make Ahead).
- Pour into glasses, top up with prosecco and sprinkle with pomegranate seeds.
Scale up the recipe in line with how many bottles of prosecco you’re serving.
You can make the base mix (step 1) a few hours ahead and chill until ready to serve.
