Summer herb and lemon butter

- Makes 150g butter
This summer herb and lemon butter recipe is brilliant with meat, chicken, fish and vegetables.
- 125g soft butter
- a handful each chopped fresh parsley, chives and dill and the grated zest of 1 lemon
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Wrap in foil, shape into a log and chill until firm.
