This summer herb and lemon butter recipe is brilliant with meat, chicken, fish and vegetables.


  • 125g soft butter
  • a handful each chopped fresh parsley, chives and dill and the grated zest of 1 lemon


  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Wrap in foil, shape into a log and chill until firm.
