If you want to make something quick and easy for breakfast, keep it simple and just toast some muffins, top them with chilled cream cheese and a generous amount of smoked salmon.
Ingredients
- 1 wholemeal or white muffin
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 2-4 slices smoked salmon
- Squeeze of lemon juice
Method
- 1. Spread 2 tbsp cream cheese onto 1 toasted English wholemeal or white muffin. Rest 2-4 slices smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese and top with a little lemon juice or freshly ground black pepper.
