Ingredients
- 3 large beef tomatoes, roughly chopped
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1/2 cucumber, roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
- Juice of 1 large lemon
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Method
- 1. Mix everything in a bowl, season, then cover and chill until needed. Serve with Chicken curry.
