Tomato kachumber

Ingredients

  1. 3 large beef tomatoes, roughly chopped
  2. 1 small onion, sliced
  3. 1/2 cucumber, roughly chopped
  4. 2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
  5. Juice of 1 large lemon
  6. 2 tbsp olive oil

Method

  1. 1. Mix everything in a bowl, season, then cover and chill until needed. Serve with Chicken curry.
