  • 30ml Campari
  • 30ml sweet (red) vermouth
  • 30ml prosecco
  • Orange slice to garnish

Method

  1. Fill a rocks or old-fashioned glass with ice. Pour in the Campari and vermouth, give it a good stir, then top with prosecco. Garnish with an orange slice.
