Treat these easy chocolate coated strawberries as petit fours and serve at the end of a meal with coffee or an after-dinner drink. Perfect for Valentine’s Day.
- 6 strawberries
- 50g plain chocolate
- Melt chopped plain chocolate in a bowl over a pan of simmering water or microwave for 30 seconds until smooth.
- Dip the bottom half of 6 strawberries into the chocolate and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Chill for approximately 15 minutes until the chocolate is set, then serve.
