Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 50ml vodka
  • 25ml triple sec
  • Juice of half a lime
  • 75ml cranberry juice

Method

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add 50ml vodka, 25ml triple sec, the juice of half a lime and 75ml cranberry juice.
  2. Shake well, then strain the contents into a cocktail glass or champagne coupe. Garnish with a lime wedge and serve.

delicious. tips

  1. Double, triple or quadruple the quantities as required. You can use a cocktail shaker, but if you’re making large quantities, try using a cafetière, the plunger makes a great strainer!
